With so many demands on today’s families, parents need all the support they can get. That’s why child care at the Y is about more than looking after kids. It’s about nurturing their development by providing a safe place to learn foundational skills, develop healthy, trusting relationships and build self-reliance through the Y values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility

The Donald W. Reynolds YMCA is licensed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services for care of school age children. Day Camp takes place during the summer beginning June 15th and lasting until August 12th.

It is available to students just finishing kindergarten up to sixth grade who need care during the summer. Activities include afternoon snack, swim time, computer lab instruction, fitness, arts and crafts, games, and many more enriching activities.

Cost for the program is $40 weekly for members and $80 weekly for non-members.

The hours of camp are Monday-Friday from 3:30am until 5:30pm. SPACE IS LIMITED! Sign up now to make sure your child makes great camp memories!

Planned camp dates are in bold. Sign-up dates will be posted prior to each camp date with a deadline. If we do not have enough numbers to justify camp, we will let you know in time to make other arrangements.

On planned early out dismissal days from school, we will have afterschool. REMINDER: If school lets out for inclement weather, we will NOT have afterschool.

At the Donald W. Reynolds YMCA, no individual will be turned away due to the inability to pay. Financial assistance is granted based on need and funds available through contributions made to the YMCA Annual Support Campaign.
