Power BallToning, Sculpting and Cardio all in one class utilizing the Stability Balls, Bands, Weights

 

SculptingUsing Steps, bands, balls and weights to sculpt the entire body.

 

Step 35 minutes of intense cardio using the steps and then 10 minutes of abs and stretching.

 

Active Older Adultsfor the more mature crowd – using Chairs, Bands, Balls and Steps… Cardio, Flexibility, Range of Motion, Strength and Balance (55 years +)

 

Boot camp - An intense workout for the more advanced person who wants to be challenged and pushed to the next level… (Pushups, jumping jacks, bleachers, jump rope, squats, lunges – and much more!!)

 Not for beginners!!

 

Fun Beginnings – a class designed for the beginning exerciser who needs motivation and encouragement along the way.  This class will help you to exercise within your limits and push you to the next level.  You will use hand weights, balls, bands and steps…

 

Abs / Yoga – if you want to develop your core body and lengthen your muscles; this is the class for you.  15 minutes of abdominal exercises then stretch and breathe your way to relaxation while increasing your flexibility. 

 

Kick Boxing – An intense cardio workout utilizing the entire body!  With kicks, punches, pushups, jump ropes, squats, Abdominals, etc…

 

Kids Fitness – For children age 5 thru 12 years of age…children will exercise while playing games, running drills, stretching, working on agility and having fun…make sure to wear tennis shoes and comfy clothes (no flips flops, boots, jeans or dresses!)
